This report systematizes the progress and challenges of the Territorial Development Programs (PDET) in Mesetas, Vista Hermosa, Mapiripán, Puerto Concordia, and Puerto Rico, Meta. The PDET, which emerged from the Peace Agreement, aim to transform territories affected by violence and poverty through projects in infrastructure, health, education, and rural development. The document gathers testimonies from community leaders, highlighting advances in social leadership, women’s participation, and infrastructure improvements. However, challenges persist, such as a lack of coordination with institutions, community awareness of initiatives, and difficulties in project funding and execution. In conclusion, the report underscores the resilience of the communities and the need to improve communication with the State to ensure the success and sustainability of the PDET in these municipalities.
